This is a story of land and passion, that of the Apollonio family; inextricably linked to the destiny of a winery by the same name and that today exports its wines to over 30 different countries around the world. It continues to produce wine using the same methods dear to its founders, while applying the most advanced technologies through the optimization of their production process, down to the marketing of its labels. The Apollonio winery’s history took root in 1870. Since then, particular attention has been paid to the valorization of Salento’s main grape varieties (mainly Negroamaro and Primitivo, but also Malvasia nera, Susumaniello, Bianco d’Alessano), to the careful selection of the types of wood used for the long ageing processes and to the strong link with the territory which has always been the champion of quality production.

AZ AGR TENUTA VIGLIONE DI ZULLO GIOVANNI

Tenuta Viglione is a family owned winery established in 1937 located in Puglia, Southern Italy, in the DOC Gioia del Colle. It has 150 hectares of vineyards at an average altitude of 450 m, and employs about 50 workers. The main grape is Primitivo, but there are also other indigenous grapes: Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, Susumaniello, Falanghina, Fiano, Verdeca and Aleatico. The whole production is organic, certified since 2005. The winery is endowed with advanced systems, but also oak barrels for aging reserve wines.

BOSCO SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA

Bosco is a successful mission-driven farm cooperative aimed at enhancing the typical wine and olive oil production, preserving the heritage and ancient traditions of Salento in the south of Apulia region – Italy. Founded in 1985, the Cooperative now boasts about 1,000 local farmers and produces red wines (Primitivo di Manduria and Negramaro), rosé and white wines (Salento) and extra virgin olive oil 100% estate grown in Puglia with an harmonious and delicate flavor.

CANTINE PARADISO - VINOLEA PARADISO SRL

Cantine Paradiso's history began in 1950. Since three generations, the Paradiso family has been cultivating vines in Apulia, a land of ancient winemaking traditions. In 1954 Angelo Paradiso built his first winery in Cerignola, in the heart of Daunia.
In the following years, his four sons improved and enlarged the winery, acquired new land and expanded the business.
Today Angelo, the founder's grandson, continues the work begun more than sixty years ago: he is given the care of the family estates, all in the countryside of Cerignola, and the selection of wines to be produced from year to year.

CASTEL DI SALVE

Castel di Salve is amongst the oldest wineries in the region, and the first to bottle wine since 1885. Its focus is the respectful colture of autoctonous grape varieties in the southern peninsula of Puglia, crafting premium wines with character and specificity.

Cantine D'Alessandro was founded in the 50s of the 20th century and now it is run by the fourth generation of D'Alessandro Family.
Our Winery is located in Puglia, in the city of Conversano (BA), and in our 55 hectars we grown only native Apulian vine varieties, such as Primitivo, Negramaro, Malvasia Nera, Uva di Troia, Sangiovese, Verdeca e Minutolo.
Our soils are mostly chalky-clayey at 300-400 mt above the sea level overlooking at the Adriatic Sea and are rich of microelements and well exposed for an environmentally-friendly plantation.
