Cavè, Cannonau di Sardegna DOC
Rosé wine obtained from the overnight skin maceration of the Cannonau grapes and vinified in white.
Just 8 hours of maceration give the wine its characteristic coral red colour, while the following vinification in white at a controlled temperature endows it with the fragrance of rose and violet, refined and elegant as a blossom.
On the palate it releases notes of fruit, pomegranate and red plum.

AGEING: 12 MONTHS SUR LIE IN STEEL
SERVING T°: 6° - 8° C
