Through the selection of the best grapes, produced with organic method, the low yield and the right winemaking technique, we reach the maximum expression of this great vine which is Catarratto. The tradition of Sicilian wines continues, in fact Catarratto is one of the white berried varieties, not only the oldest, but also the one with the greater personality and character. In this particular habitat, the history and the tradition of the territory have preserved this native vine of great value up to the present day. It has a limited production of 6700 bottles.
