TERRE DI GRATIA DI TRIOLO GASPARE

Terre di Gratia is a modern and sustainable family farm, founded in 1934 in Camporeale, Sicily (Southern Italy). Gaspare and Rosario Triolo, the fifth generation, received from their ancestors the passion for this job. They graduated as agronomist in Palermo and, in 2005, came back to their roots to renew the family farm, giving it a new life with an international prospect.
They started to value the native grape varieties, such as Perricone and Catarratto, and the olive varieties, such as Nocellara del Belice.
The whole production is obtainaed with the organic method, avoiding chemicals in the fields and during the process.
All the wines are made with the esclusive selected indigenous yeasts, to enhance the identity of the variety and its territory.
Only solar energy is used for the process, to reduce the impact on the environment, and natural/recycled package (like corks made by sugar cane fibers and light bottles).
The wines and the e.v. olive oil are distributed in Italy, in few states of the EU (Belgium, The Netherlands) and outside EU (Switzerland, Japan).
Terre di Gratia is looking for partners in the HoReCa channel, whose customers require artisanal, unique and healty food and beverage.
