BOSCO SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA

The Family DE PADOVA has devoted itself to the cultivation of olives and vineyards and to the production of olive oil and wine for four Generations.
In the respect of this long and ancient tradition, aimed to the research of selected ptoducts from the beginning, nowadays the Company checks and follows the whole production chain of the olive oil, which has been run for 35 years, using the method of biological and certified agriculture BIOAGRICERT: Nursery for olive plants; Production of olives (from about 350 hectars of olive-grove); Oil Mill for the grinding of olives (for the Company production and for the production of 1000 partners); Bottling of extra virgin olive oil (in different ways and packages). All this is done to offer the best of production and to guarantee the quality of a product, which is followed by the Family DE PADOVA from the plant to the table.
Their vineyards and those one of the partners of the Cooperative give origin to the Winegrowers BOSCO, with the production of wines such as Primitivo od Manduria DOP (Protected Designation of Origin), Primitivo Salento IGP and Negroamaro IGP (Protected Geographial Indication). The grapes are processed in a craft made way, which produce wines that refined in steel bins and bottles, keep typical original tastes and fragrances of our earth.
Using the same care and attention, the Family DE PADOVA has developed in its group, the segment of a rural tourism with the Relais Terre di Terre - Farmhouse Bosco and Farmhouse Strazzati (Hotel, Restaurant, Hall for Meeting, Pool, Trullo Bar and a new Cosmetic line of natural substances based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
