Sono Stefania Pepe, la donna innamorata del vino Bio DinAmico abruzzese che oggi vi presenta i suoi “Figli DiVini” frutto di 50 anni di lavoro ed esperienza. Nel 1970 ero una bimba di 5 anni e pigiavo l’uva con i piedi per produrre il vino di mio padre e nel 1971 ero già a fianco di Emidio Pepe in TV a presentare il mio vino durante la Sagra del Vino di Torano.
Nel 1979 guidavo già il trattore e facevo i trattamenti con nonno Giuseppe; nel 1989 mi laureavo con il massimo dei voti 110/110 con la tesi sul Vino Biologico
nel 1991 compravo la mia prima vigna dal prof. Branella e creavo il mio primo vino nel 1993 dopo il Master Biennale Internazionale dell’OIV nel 1991-1992 e lo stage da Chateaux Margaux (Bordeaux).
La mia Mission è: produrre uno dei migliori del mondo senza uso di additivi !
